COURSE OVERVIEW

Teacher training students engage in a variety of activities to develop their skills and knowledge.

The Diploma in International Montessori Education is a comprehensive training program designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to become a qualified Montessori educator. The course is based on the principles and methods developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, emphasizing child-centered learning, hands-on activities, and collaborative play.

Class room observation:
They observe experienced teachers to learn effective teaching techniques and class room management strategies.
Lesson Planning:
They design and prepare lesson tailored to different subjects, grade levels and student needs.
Teaching practice:
They teach lessons under the supervision of mentor teachers, gaining hands on experience in the classroom.
Pedagogical workshops:
They participate in workshop and seminars on teaching methods, educational theory and best practices in education
Reflective practice:
They reflect on their teaching experiences, identifying strengths and areas for improvement and adjusting their teaching approach accordingly.
Assessment and evaluation:
They learn how to assess student learning through various methods such as tests, projects and observations and how to provide constructive feedback to students.
